Well bred 4 year old Norwegian fjord gelding. Eldar will mature to 14.1 or 14.2. Eldar is a nice youngster who will progress very quickly. He has a great brain and sport horse build that will make him suitable for any discipline.

BHF Thalia: Fjord Horse for Sale

Norwegian fjord mare, dun, 7 years old, from Blue Heron Farm in Massachusetts

Well bred coming 8 year old brown dun Norwegian fjord mare. Thalia is a pretty young horse ready to progress in any direction. She has a super attitude, loves to work and will do anything for her rider. This mare is just a pleasure to ride. She has competed in local gymkhanas, where she was the season grand overall champion, and had several excellent dressage scores in 2011. We believe Thalia is truly a special young mare who will only get better with continued experience.

BHF Astrid: Experienced Fjord Horse mare for sale

We are pleased to announce that BHF Astrid is once again available for purchase. Her new owner's circumstances have changed (unable to find a barn that can offer her suitable amounts of turn out time), so she is back on our farm. Astrid is the most expereinced horse on the farm at present and would make a great mount for almost any rider. She has had extensive off-farm show experience and gymkhana expereince with great results. She is calm, courageous and has a great work ethic. As an older mare, she needs an adequate warm up period (long trotting, cavelletti) before going full out.
